Pigment Yellow 3 Paste is a monoazo Hansa organic pigment paste, widely known in the industry as Hansa Yellow 10G. It is characterized by its distinct greenish-yellow shade. When formulated into a water-based paste, the original rod-shaped particles are broken down through multiple stages of grinding, resulting in a smooth-flowing paste with good hiding power (it is an opaque, non-transparent pigment).
It is insoluble in water at room temperature and only slightly soluble in certain organic solvents when heated. This property restricts its use in high-temperature processing conditions. While it offers stable resistance to acids and alkalis, its main advantage is its high cost-performance ratio. Therefore, it is primarily designed for ambient-temperature air-drying systems and is not recommended for high-temperature applications such as plastic injection molding.

Packaging and Stationery Printing
Compatible with water-based flexographic and offset inks, ideal for paper packaging bags, standard labels, and student stationery. Its greenish-yellow shade is excellent for compounding with phthalocyanine blue to formulate various green spot colors. It delivers thick ink films and outstanding performance in solid color blocks. Note: Avoid processes that require high-temperature drying.

Ambient-Temperature Air-Drying Water-Based Coatings
Suitable for interior latex paints and air-drying industrial coatings. The resulting paint film features vibrant color tones and excellent resistance to wall alkalinity. Note: Not suitable for long-term outdoor exposure due to limited weather resistance; strictly recommended for indoor decorative color matching.

Textile Pigment Printing
Specially formulated for pigment printing pastes on cotton and blended fabrics. It ensures a soft hand feel on the printed fabric with acceptable soaping fastness. Widely used in apparel and fabric crafts. Note: Not applicable for high-temperature thermosetting curing processes.

General Craft Color Matching
Ideal for water-based hand-painting pigments, paper dyeing, and room-temperature resin ornaments. Thanks to its cost-effectiveness, it offers a significant advantage for large-scale color matching. Caution: Avoid post-processing heating treatments to prevent pigment migration and discoloration.
