Vat Orange 11 Chemical Property

Vat Orange 11 is red brown powder and insoluble in water, ethanol, acetone, chloroform, toluene, slightly soluble in o-chlorophenol and pyridine.

Vat orange 11 appears red brown in concentrated sulfuric acid and produces a brownish yellow precipitate after dilution. It appears dark reddish brown in alkaline reducing solution and dark yellow in acidic solution.

*Cellulose fiber dyeing:

*Cotton fabrics: mainly used for indoor textiles, such as curtains, home decor fabrics, sofa fabrics, tablecloths, etc.

*Adhesive/synthetic silk fabric: used for producing vibrant clothing linings and decorative items.

*Coloring with Restoration Blue RS (Restoration Blue 4): This is a classic and important use of it. Mixing restored orange 11 and restored blue RS in a certain proportion can result in a series of colors ranging from navy blue to black, with excellent color matching effect and pure color light.

*Cellulose fiber printing: used for printing patterns that require bright orange colors.

*Colored yarn dyeing: used for dyeing decorative colored yarns, but it is important to avoid using yarns that are subjected to high tension.
