Solvent Yellow 28 (C.I. 13900) is a diazo oil-soluble solvent yellow dye. It appears as a fine, deep orange-yellow powder that is insoluble in water. With outstanding heat resistance and excellent batch-to-batch color consistency, it is the preferred solvent yellow dye for premium transparent products.

Basic Features

Premium Heat-Resistant Masterbatch
For PET, PC, and ABS. Haze-free at 270°C. A rich orange-yellow base for premium amber and olive plastics. Distinct from standard low-temp yellows.

Weather-Resistant Printing Inks
For outdoor packaging and synthetic leather. Delivers a highly saturated golden yellow base with excellent fade resistance and zero color migration under lamination.

Premium Wood Finishes & Resin Casting
Creates a rich caramel-gold finish that preserves natural wood grain. Delivers a premium, heavy light-transmitting texture for large resin crafts.

High-Temp Oils & Waxes
For tracing industrial lubricants and coloring heat-resistant sealing waxes. Ensures uniform melt dispersion with no frosting over time.

Industrial Oil-Based Coloring
For UV-resistant leather oils, markers, and aluminum anodizing. Compatible with room and high-temperature systems, delivering a full, transparent color.
