Solvent Blue 101 (C.I. 615670) is a premium, high-temperature oil-soluble solvent blue dye. It is completely insoluble in water, yet dissolves fully in organic solvents such as dichloromethane, xylene, and butyl acetate, forming a clear solution with no precipitation. Its core advantages include exceptional high-temperature heat resistance, excellent lightfastness, low migration, and high tinting strength.

Basic Features

High-Temperature Plastics / Transparent Masterbatch
Compatible with PC, PET, Nylon, ABS, PMMA, etc. Ideal for optical and automotive parts. Haze-free and non-blooming at 300°C.

Outdoor Solvent-Based Inks
For screen/gravure printing on films and leather. Ensures fine dots, no screen clogging, and zero color bleeding.

High-Temp Baked Coatings
For amino, acrylic, and epoxy coatings. Maintains stable color hue without fading after baking.

Waxes & Oil Marking
For sealing waxes, candles, and fuel tracing. Dissolves uniformly with no frosting or crystallization.

Fine Chemical Additives
For color pastes, nail polishes, and polyester dope dyeing. Adapts to various high-temp oil-based coloring needs.
