Pigment Red 49:1 Paste, also known as Lithol Red, is an azo barium salt lake pigment characterized by high color saturation and outstanding tinting strength. It offers excellent dispersibility in water-based and certain solvent-based systems, making it a highly cost-effective universal red pigment paste. While it provides moderate acid and alkali resistance, its weather resistance is only average. Therefore, it is strictly intended for indoor products and must not be used in food-contact applications or products intended for prolonged outdoor exposure.

Offset and Water-based Packaging Inks
Widely used in offset and water-based surface printing inks, it is ideal for standard labels, brochures, and paper packaging. It features a bright yellowish-red tone and excellent ink fluidity. With its cost-effective production, it is highly suitable for large-volume commercial printing orders. However, it is not recommended for outdoor applications requiring weather resistance.

Coloring for Stationery and Educational Products
Compatible with crayons, oil pastels, watercolor pastes, ink pads, and other stationery products. It offers easy dispersion and produces bright, vivid colors, perfectly meeting the tinting needs for indoor cultural and creative stationery.

General Interior Coatings and Soft Plastics & Rubber
Can be used to formulate interior decorative color pastes and standard interior wall paints. It is also suitable for coloring soft PVC and general rubber components. Due to its limited weather resistance, it is strictly for indoor use and should be kept away from highly acidic and highly alkaline environments.
