Solvent Yellow 72 (C.I. 127450)is a high-temperature resistant, reddish solvent yellow dyes with outstanding transparency in organic solvents. Featuring exceptional heat resistance and anti-migration properties, it is perfectly suited for transparent coloring in various mid-to-high-end oil-based systems. It is a widely used reddish-yellow dye for coloring resins, industrial inks, oils, and engineering plastics.This series of solvents offers excellent dissolving capabilities and is compatible with the vast majority of oil-soluble dyes. They can quickly and completely dissolve dyes like Oil Orange, Oil Yellow, and the fluorescent dye Rhodamine B dye, with no precipitation or phase separation.

Basic Features

Coatings: High-end wood varnishes, transparent plastic topcoats, etc.

Printing Inks: Solvent-based gravure and screen printing inks; suitable for films, metal foils, and cigarette packaging.

Oils & Waxes Coloring: Industrial lubricating oils, fuel identification colors, shoe polishes, decorative candles, and hot-melt wax products.

Plastic Coloring: Penetration dyeing of thermoplastic resins and masterbatch tinting.

Other Applications: Oil-based marker inks, solvent-based leather finishing agents, and cultural/creative resin crafts.
