Pigment Red 48:2 CAS  7023-61-2, also known as Yonggu Red 2BP, is a blue light red single azo lake organic pigment powder with bright color, strong coloring power, good sun and heat resistance, poor acid and alkali resistance and moderate price. 

Pigment Red 48:2 is better than C I. Pigment Red 48:1 and 48:4 show more blue shade than Pigment Red 57:1, which leans towards yellow shade. Pigment Red 48:2 is mainly for NC type packaging inks; Widely used for coloring coatings, inks, and plastics, thickened in water-based printing ink, used for coloring soft PVC without bleeding, heat-resistant to 230 ℃/5min in HDPE, widely used for LDPE coloring, more light resistant than pigment red 48:1, and can also be used for coloring PP raw materials.
