Pigment Blue 15 Paste is an α-crystal form copper phthalocyanine organic pigment paste, commonly known as Phthalocyanine Blue B. It presents a bright reddish-blue shade with high tinting strength and excellent gloss.
Please note that this crystal form is an unstable α-crystal. Prolonged exposure to aromatic solvents can cause a crystal phase transition, shifting the color shade towards greenish-blue. Therefore, it is more suitable for inks and low-temperature coating systems, and is not recommended for applications involving strong solvents or long-term high-temperature conditions.
Offering a highly cost-effective performance, it is one of the most widely used fundamental blue pigments on the market.

Offset Packaging Printing Inks
This is the most core application scenario. It is widely used in offset and metal surface printing inks, delivering a full-gloss ink film and a pure reddish-blue tone. It is ideal for color box, label, and trademark printing. However, prolonged immersion in large amounts of aromatic solvents must be avoided to prevent crystal phase transition and subsequent color change.

Interior Water-Based Coatings & Art Color Pastes
Perfect for interior wall paints, artistic coatings, and educational color pastes, specifically for formulating bright blue and lake blue shades. It exhibits excellent acid and alkali resistance but is strictly limited to indoor environments and is not suitable for exterior wall formulations.

Low-Temperature Rubber & Plastic Coloration
Ideal for coloring rubber, PU foam, and low-temperature calendered PVC products. It features low migration properties and delivers rich, saturated coloration. Please note that it is not suitable for continuous injection molding processes above 200°C, as high temperatures can trigger crystal alteration and cause the color shade to shift.

Paper & Cultural/Creative Product Coloration
Excellent for coloring art paper and handmade paper pulps. The color paste disperses smoothly and yields vibrant colors, making it highly suitable for indoor cultural and creative paper products.
