Cationic red 3R C.I. basic violet 16 is the special cationic dyes that is used for dyeing acrylic fiber in textile industry.

Some clients also used red 3R for paper making and wool carpet coloring.

Cationic red 3R chemical property

Dark red powder. When dyeing at high temperature (120 ℃), the color light is yellow. Compatibility value k = 1.5.

Cationic red 3R application

Cationic red Violet 3R is mainly used for acrylic fiber dyeing. The color light is stable when the pH value of the chemical book is below 5. It can also be dyed diacetate fiber and nylon, but its sun fastness is poor. It is also used for direct printing of acrylic fiber, diacetate fiber and acid modified polyester fabric.
