Pigment Powder for Water based flexographic printing ink

Water based flexographic printing ink is mainly composed of organic pigments and supplemented by inorganic pigments, requiring alkali resistance, easy dispersion, strong coloring power, and good chemical stability.

1. Organic pigments (mainstream, high coloring, high gloss)
Yellow: Benzidine Yellow (Pigment yellow 12/13/14), Everlasting Yellow (Pigment yellow 83), Sun Resistant Yellow
Red: Golden Radiant Red, Sun Resistant Red, Everlasting Red (PR2/48:2/146), Lissol Ocean Red
Blue: Phthalocyanine blue (PB15:1/15:3/15:4, most commonly used), phthalocyanine green
Black: Aniline black, high pigment carbon black
Features: Fine particles, high transparency, bright colors; Suitable for branch/four-color overlay printing

2. Inorganic pigments (high coverage, stable, inexpensive)

White: Titanium dioxide (TiO ₂, rutile/anatase type), zinc oxide
Black: Iron black (iron oxide black), carbon black (organic/inorganic)
Red: Iron Red (Iron Oxide Red), Big Red Powder
Yellow: Iron yellow, lead chrome yellow (pay attention to environmental protection)
Blue: Iron Blue, Turquoise
Features: Strong coverage, good light and weather resistance, low cost; Suitable for on-site/full page printing

3.Common combinations (by color)
Four color standards: phthalocyanine blue (cyan), permanent yellow (yellow), sun resistant bright red (magenta), carbon black (black)
White: Titanium dioxide (main)+a small amount of zinc oxide (dispersing aid)
Black: high pigment carbon black (main)+iron black (color tone)
Spot color: mainly organic pigments, inorganic pigments for coverage/stability adjustment
