Green egg tray dye is a water-soluble dyeing product specifically developed for the pulp molding industry, suitable for coloring paper substrates such as egg trays, pulp products, and corrugated paper. The product is divided into two forms: liquid type and solid powder type, which are suitable for the production and feeding habits of different factories.

Product Advantages

Recommended dosage for adding

Based on the weight of dry pulp, the conventional addition ratio is 0.05% to 0.3%.
The green depth can be adjusted according to the customer’s needs: light colors can be adjusted to a low addition amount, while dark green colors can increase the addition ratio; Suggest conducting a small trial first to confirm the color effect before mass production.

Scope of Application

Egg trays, pulp molded products, corrugated paper, egg boxes, can also be expanded for dyeing pulp products such as mosquito coils and incense sticks.
