Chipboard, also known as particle board, is a kind of wood-based panel made by cutting all kinds of branches and buds, small-diameter wood, fast-growing wood, sawdust, etc. into pieces of a certain size, after drying, mixing with rubber, hardener, waterproof agent, etc., under a certain temperature and pressure.

Our basic malachite green is suitable for chipboard coloring, especiall it can meet the requirment of no color changes under high temperature 200℃.

As a kind of cationic dyes, malachite green dye also named CI basic green 4 is a green crystal with fluorescence. Its chemical properties are very active. It is easily soluble in water and ethanol. The solution is blue-green, orange in HNO3, and orange brown after dilution. It is a very important chemical raw material. The dye will not change color at high temperature.
