Solvent yellow 16 CAS 4314-14-1, also named transparent yellow 4R, is a high-grade plastic colorant and polyester solvent dyes It is an ideal colorant for various plastics and polyester fibers. It has the advantages of strong coloring power, good heat resistance, high fastness to sunlight, acid and alkali resistance and bright color. At present, solvent yellow 16 is widely used in daily plastics, plexiglass, PVC packaging materials, decorative materials, pen making materials, telecommunications materials and sand pipe materials. For the coloring of paint ink, color masterbatch and other materials, some varieties are suitable for colored spinning of chemical fiber, polyester, nylon, acetate fiber and so on.
