Properties: solvent red 49 is soluble in water and ethanol, blue light red, with strong fluorescence, slightly soluble in acetone, soluble in fiber. In concentrated sulfuric acid, it is yellow brown and has strong green fluorescence. After dilution, it turns to bright red, and then turns to blue red and orange.

Application: solvent red 49 is mainly used for coloring grease, candle, rubber, plastic and transparent coating.
